100%;width:100%;"><p>2026년은 대한민국 AI 산업 제도 전환의 원년이 될 전망이다. 1월 22일부터 「인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법(AI기본법)」이 전면 시행되기 때문이다. 이 법은 단순한 규제가 아닌 AI 생태계 전략적 육성, 신뢰 기반 조성, 거버넌스 체계 구축, 사회적 포용을 포괄하는 진흥과 안전의 균형적 접근을 지향한다. 특히 ‘고영향 AI’에 대한 위험 관리 의무와 생성형 AI 출력물의 표시 의무화 등을 통해 투명성과 안전성을 확보하는 내용을 담았다. 또한 2025년 12월 개정안을 통해 국가인공지능전략위원회 개편과 AI창업지원펀드 조성 등 진흥 기능을 더욱 강화했다. 이로써 대한민국은 글로벌 AI 경쟁력 제고를 위한 제도적 기반을
